Please be sure to organise your visa when you have booked travel to avoid any disappointment. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid visa before arriving in Australia.
The LWC24 Local Organising Committee can provide invitation letters to support your application and are on hand to answer any questions.
To receive a formal Visa Support Letter of Invitation, participants must download and complete the form below and email it to ILS in Word format for endorsement with a scanned copy of their passport.
LWC24 acknowledge the original inhabitants of this area, including the Yugambeh people and family groups within, and recognise their connection to the land, waters and resources in the area now known as the Gold Coast. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
