Journalists and photographers must apply for media accreditation in order to be granted access to media accessible areas at Lifesaving World Championships 2024 venues. This may include competition areas and press rooms.
Applicants must be working media or an official Press Attache for a national team. Please note that working media will be prioritised for competition area access above team officials.
Applications will open on Monday 15 June – details on how to apply will be posted here closer to the date.
In the meantime, please register your interest below
Applying for accreditation does not guarantee a pass. Passes are not transferable.
Media passes and photographer bibs must be worn at all times within the competition area.
Based on demand and space considerations at the venue, media accreditations approved per organisation may be restricted.
If your application is successful, you will be notified of the steps required to collect your pass at the venue.
There is no closing date for applications, however applications submitted during the event may take some time to process. To avoid disappointment, please apply early.
If you have any questions about media accreditation, please email media@lifesaving.com.au
